Emergency in Chile due to volcanic eruption


Among constant quakes, with the background of an ongoing eruption which throws ashes up to 30 km. in the atmosphere, the combined efforts of civilians, the army and the police, managed to evacuate by ferryboat the 4.000 inhabitants of Chaitén, a sleepy agricultural town, some 500 kilometers to the South of the nearest World Vision Area Development Project. Brazil declares Emergency Cat 1 due to Dengue´s Outbreak


The city of Rio de Janeiro, in Brazilian Southeast, is facing one of the worse Dengue’s outbreaks of its history. The health authorities already classify it as an epidemic situation.
